Quality Assurance Technician

📋 Description

• Incoming inspections, startup verifications, in-process checks, and finished-product sampling.
• Inspect cannabis flower, oil, vape cartridges, and gummies for quality.
• Identify quality risks and work with operations to drive improvements.
• Perform sampling, weights, labeling, and packaging verifications.
• Support GMP compliance, SOPs, and product documentation.
• Assist in customer complaints and investigations, supporting CAPA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; OR 1-2 years with an Associate; OR 2+ years in production.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (healthcare, FDA, HACCP, SQ).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented; follow SOPs and monitor others.
• Identify quality risks and troubleshoot with critical thinking.
• QA or QC experience is desirable.
