Quality Assurance Technician (2nd Shift)

📋 Description

• Perform incoming inspections and sampling.
• Execute bulk and finished product sampling and inspection.
• Equipment/line clearances including cleaning, sanitation, metal detector checks.
• Review compliance labels prior to start-up.
• Conduct in-process verifications of appearance, weights, labeling, and packaging.
• Verify finished products and ensure GMP compliance.
• Assist in incident investigations, risk assessment, and CAPA.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 4PM-12:30AM.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 1–2 yrs with Associate, or 2+ yrs in production.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (FDA, HACCP, SQ) desirable.
• Prior QA or QC experience desired.
• Experience with product sampling, inspection procedures, and CAPA.
• Ability to follow and update written procedures; strong communication.
• Detail-oriented; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around plant material.
