Quality Assurance Manager, 3rd Party Inventory and Production

📋 Description

• Quality champion at 3P decorator facility in LA; onsite role.
• Inspect inbound inventory and verify specs against POs.
• Audit production quality across decorating processes.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolutions with decorators.
• Build QA processes and SOPs for scalable QA system.
• Track KPIs and report to remote PM team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in warehouse ops, QA/QC, or production (apparel/textiles).
• Proven ability to identify, escalate, and resolve quality issues quickly.
• Strong process-building mindset; experience creating SOPs and criteria.
• Excellent communicator; translate field observations into clear updates.
• Data-driven; track KPIs and use metrics to drive decisions.
• On-site role; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with WMS/OMS tools and Excel/Sheets for reporting.
• Nice to have: decoration techniques knowledge and QA standards.
