- Mentor QA teams, act as hands-on contributor when needed
- Partner with DevOps to manage environments, tests, and go-live readiness
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years QA engineering; at least 4 years on Salesforce/AWS Connect
- Led QA on two enterprise Salesforce multi-cloud programs with 5+ QA team members
- Hands-on lead for at least one contact center/IVR project (Service Cloud Voice or Connect)
- Proven solo QA owner in early project phases; builds program independently
- Exposure to Contact Center and ITSM domains strongly preferred
- Strong testing, defect governance, and KPI tracking experience
