- Own end-to-end QA delivery for client deployments including planning and release readiness.
- Lead a distributed QA/SDET team across the US, Colombia, and India; assign tasks and guide the team.
- Define and drive an automation-first test strategy while ensuring manual testing where needed.
- Track quality metrics, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, release managers, and teams across time zones during each release.
- Support client test teams to ensure successful and timely completion of UAT and related processes.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong experience as an SDET or automation-focused QA engineer (7+ years preferred)
- Proven experience leading or mentoring QA engineers, including distributed or offshore teams
- Experience in managing QA for client-facing or external deployments
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Experience testing APIs and data-driven systems (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
- Salesforce integrations/workflows; IVR (Genesys, Amazon Connect)
