Quality Assurance Associate

📋 Description

• Perform quality inspections against cGMP criteria.
• Review state/national SOPs and policies.
• Communicate discrepancies to QA/ops leads; document accordingly.
• Investigate quality events; CAPA, OOS, complaints.
• Train staff on processes using approved documents.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids in the eQMS.
• Support QA leadership in implementing a QMS/eQMS.
• Review procedures, forms, logs, and master batch records.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures.
• Identify QC improvements; drive process changes.
• Assist with change control for proposed process/product changes.
• Promote a culture of quality and change management.
• Additional duties as necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• AS degree or technical certificate preferred; 2 yrs related exp.
• Strong attention to detail.
• MS Office and Excel skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of cGMP or HACCP in manufacturing/food preferred.
• Results-driven and task-oriented.
• Flexible and creative; strong work ethic; meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication with all levels, vendors, and stakeholders.
