• Conduct manual audits of contractor safety programs and training docs.
• Provide guidance to contractors to meet requirements.
• Perform customer verifications and audit closure assistance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Record inquiries and complaints in Contractor Account Notes.
• Must have reliable transportation; travel up to 30%.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, MSHA, and related regulations.
• Proficiency with online software systems and Windows OS.
• Strong multitasking and priority management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French and English preferred.
• Read and interpret regulatory data and documents.
