QC Reagent Associate

📋 Description

• Perform QC tests on incoming raw materials and small-scale reagents per SOPs.
• Review data for spec compliance and report discrepancies.
• Receive, verify, label, and store reagents per procedures.
• Coordinate labeling and dispensing per SOPs with minimal errors.
• Maintain QC records and lab documentation (specs, qualification, QC testing).
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and escalate issues as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year molecular biology experience in a lab setting (preferred).
• BS/BA in Biological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• QC and/or development background preferred.
• Experience with writing SOPs and QC documentation.
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Data management familiarity: Google Docs, MS Office, LIMS.
• Willingness to learn and strong time management.
