- Collaborate with QA, Sourcing, Merchandising and suppliers to embed early quality checkpoints.
- Lead supplier quality and compliance assessment; guide suppliers on best practices.
- Lead interpretation of in-process and analytical data to evaluate quality; recommend improvements.
- Present on-site to supervise supplier QC personnel or perform QC actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to address quality issues promptly.
- Proactively respond to customer quality-related complaints and coordinate with suppliers.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in furniture or home goods.
- Quality control experience in manufacturing and/or field quality.
- Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across partners.
- Be able to travel >50% of the time.
