Oversee QC at factories: raw materials, in-process, finished goods inspections.
Guide partners' QC/production on in-line QC; assist first production qualification.
Investigate and address quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conforming materials.
Prepare QC reports: inspections, audits and non-conformances.
Ensure factories maintain standards and proper documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
5+ years in quality control, ideally in consumer goods or retail.
Quality control experience in manufacturing and/or field quality.
Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration across partners.
Proficiency in root cause analysis in manufacturing.
