Collaborate with QA, Sourcing, Merchandising and suppliers to embed quality checks early.
Lead supplier quality and compliance assessments and guide best practices.
Interpret in-process and analytical data to evaluate quality and drive improvements.
Present on-site to supervise supplier QC or perform QC actions for troubleshooting.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to address quality issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
8+ yrs QC exp, preferably in furniture/home goods; preferred: Hardlines or DTC.
QC in manufacturing or field quality experience a plus.
Strong QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Travel >50% of the time.
Auditing, corrective action, and root cause analysis proficiency.
