🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in furniture or home goods.
- Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrated auditing and corrective action proficiency; root cause analysis skills.
- Preferred: Direct-to-consumer, retail, or e-commerce background.
