📋 Description

• Oversee QC ops at factories: inspect materials, in-line production, finished goods.
• Guide partners in inline QC; assist first-production qualification and problem-solving.
• Investigate and address quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
• Prepare QC reports: inspection results, audits, non-conformance reports.
• Ensure factories meet company standards and maintain accurate records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in quality control, preferably in consumer goods.
• QC experience in manufacturing or field quality.
• Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration across partners.
• Proficient in root cause analysis in manufacturing.
