- Guide manufacturing partners on in-line QC; assist first production qualification and issue resolution.
- Investigate and address quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
- Prepare and submit reports on QC activities, including inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
- Ensure factories meet standards with accurate inspection/test documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field
- 5+ years of proven quality control experience, ideally in consumer goods or retail.
- Quality control experience in manufacturing and/or field quality.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across partners.
- Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis as applied in manufacturing.
