🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
- 8+ years of quality control experience, preferably in furniture/home goods.
- Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Travel >50% of the time; strong communication across partners.
- Auditing, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis expertise.
- Preferred: furniture/hardgoods industry experience; direct-to-consumer/retail background.
