Lead supplier quality and compliance assessments and guide best practices.
Interpret in-process and analytical data to evaluate quality.
Present on-site to supervise QC personnel or perform QC actions.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to address quality issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues and actions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or related field.
8+ years of proven quality-control experience (furniture/home goods preferred).
QC experience in manufacturing and/or field quality.
Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Auditing, corrective actions and regulatory compliance knowledge.
