- Lead supplier quality and compliance assessment and guide suppliers on best practices.
- Interpret in-process and analytical data to evaluate quality, recommend improvements.
- Present on-site to supervise supplier QC personnel or perform QC actions for improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues.
- Utilize SPC and Pareto charts to drive process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
- 8+ years of proven quality control experience (apparel/garment preferred).
- QC experience in manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across partners.
- Be able to travel >50% of the time.
