QC Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with QA, Sourcing, Merchandising and suppliers on early quality checks.
• Lead supplier quality and compliance assessments and guide best practices.
• Interpret in-process and analytical data to evaluate quality and drive actions.
• Present on-site to supervise supplier QC or perform QC actions.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or relevant field.
• 8+ years of proven quality control experience; furniture/home goods preferred.
• QC experience in manufacturing and/or field quality a plus.
• Auditing and corrective action proficiency demonstrated.
• Root cause analysis proficiency in manufacturing.
• Be able to travel >50% of the time.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
