  • Advise on bookkeeping structure and reporting best practices

  • Investigate and resolve sync issues between QBO and Monograph
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX to improve integration tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
  • Strong knowledge of QBO (ProAdvisor certification strongly preferred)
  • Experience with both cash and accrual accounting
  • Ability to guide customers on financial system structure and implementation
  • Organized, empathetic communicator who enjoys teaching and problem-solving
  • Bonus: QBD to QBO migrations; familiarity with architecture/engineering firms
