Operations Integration Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Integration Engineer to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building, testing, and refining prototype devices, working across electronics and mechanical systems. This is a dynamic position that blends practical lab work with creative problem-solving, ensuring our prototypes and systems meet design and production standards.

• Integrate and validate complex, multi-disciplinary systems
• Perform hands-on assembly and soldering, and troubleshoot modules and devices.
• Plan, execute, and document lab activities, including work instructions (WIs), test stations, and test methodsDesign and run experiments to evaluate system performance, identify issues, and drive debugging
• Operate, define, and maintain advanced test equipment
• Collaborate with the Operations and R&D teams to support prototype build cycles, including orders, BOM management, assembly, and documentation
• Analyze data from multiple sources and identify insights by cross-referencing datasets across platforms
• Support the transition from prototype to production by selecting components, refining processes, and ensuring smooth handoff to manufacturing

• Strong hands-on capabilities, including soldering, assembly, and creative problem-solving in lab and field environments
• Demonstrated experience integrating multi-disciplinary systems, including electronics and mechanical components
• Highly organized, accurate, and independent, with strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with lab and production testing equipment
• Experience building test setups and developing automation processes
• Ability to plan, execute, and clearly document experiments and production workflows
• Scripting experience (Python preferred) - an advantage.
• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering - an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
