Serve as primary QA consultant guiding 3Pillar and client teams.
Own QA strategy across functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing.
Design, build, and scale UI, API, and end-to-end test automation frameworks.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and drive governance.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Software Testing/QA (SDET).
3+ years as QA Lead or Automation Lead.
Hands-on UiPath experience (required).
Experience building test automation frameworks from scratch.
UI automation with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress.
CI/CD integration with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
