QA Product Engineer II – ArcGIS Hub

📋 Description

• Clarify acceptance criteria with product/engineers and define tests
• Perform risk-based testing including accessibility, i18n, security, privacy
• Conduct exploratory testing across key workflows to uncover issues
• Validate and triage defect reports with Esri Support and dev team
• Communicate quality status and risks via dashboards and updates
• Review automated test coverage and identify gaps for improvements
• Lead risk assessment for features to guide test focus and readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years QA experience testing modern web apps in Agile
• Experience with Playwright for web UI test automation
• Experience testing REST APIs and JSON/HTTP integrations
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript for test design
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, components, APIs
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and i18n/l10n
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Science, or related
• QA experience with modern web apps in Agile; enterprise-scale or dev-focused products beneficial
• Experience partnering with product to assess delivery risk and release impact
• Familiarity interpreting automated test results and dashboards to gauge health
