Partner with product and software engineers to clarify acceptance criteria into test coverage
Perform risk-based testing including accessibility, i18n/l10n, security and privacy
Conduct exploratory and scenario-based testing across key workflows
Validate and triage defect reports with Esri Support and development teams
Communicate quality status, risks, and recommendations via dashboards and summaries
Review automated test coverage to identify gaps and improvements

🎯 Requirements

2+ years QA experience in Agile web apps
Playwright UI test automation
REST API testing with JSON/HTTP
JavaScript/TypeScript for automated tests
HTML/CSS and UI/UX basics
Degree in CS, GIS, Information Science, or related field
