QA Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 3 QA engineers with clear ownership and growth paths.
• Define and own QA strategy end-to-end for AI-enabled product engineering.
• Design and maintain an automated test framework for core workflows.
• Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines with automated gates and regression checks.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure testability early in dev.
• Track defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness for leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software QA experience, with at least 2 years managing QA engineers.
• Demonstrated experience defining and driving QA strategy.
• Experience evolving QA practices for AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks — Playwright, Cypress, Selenium.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies: functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end.
