🎯 Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience leading QA teams in transformative banking/capital market environments
- Strong experience managing end-to-end testing across integrated systems
- Experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments
- Familiarity with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail
- Experience with automation or performance testing tools is an advantage
- Exposure to Unix/Linux and SQL is preferred
