Design, develop, and run performance, load, and stress tests for web and backend systems.
Build/maintain Python tests with Locust experience a plus.
Collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, and SRE on benchmarks and SLAs.
Analyze results to identify bottlenecks in code, APIs, databases, or infrastructure.
Produce actionable performance reports with trends and recommendations.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and enable continuous testing.
Monitor performance during releases; assist capacity planning.
Advocate for performance engineering and shift testing left.
