- Strong developer mindset: comfortable reading/writing Python or TypeScript.
- User-first testing approach.
- Attention to detail and debugging instincts; precise bug reporting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation frameworks.
- Schedule flexibility: overlap with US time zones; weekend availability.
- Nice-to-have: AI testing experience and Windsurf/Devin tooling.
