- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, product managers, and designers to embed quality in SDLC.
- Analyse requirements from multiple stakeholders, incl. end-users, partners, ops, and support.
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and regression tests.
- Support automated tests to improve quality and coverage.
- Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects through to resolution using Jira.
- Assess delivery risk and determine testing scope, coverage, and priorities.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of Software QA or related testing experience.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent desirable.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience creating and executing manual test plans and regression tests.
- Experience developing automated test suites and using test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Excel for QA and project tracking.
