📋 Description

• Design the QA framework: build 0→1 testing infra, manual plans, cross-device validation.
• Rapid experimentation support with Growth PMs and Frontend Engineers to validate A/B tests.
• End-to-End Validation: own testing lifecycle for growth features, API integrations, and data privacy.
• User advocacy: identify UX friction and edge cases in mental health journey.
• Bug tracking & management: document, prioritize bugs, ensure high-priority fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years QA experience in manual and automated testing for B2C mobile and web.
• Growth mindset; fast launch pace; pivot between deep functional testing and quick landing-page sanity checks.
• Proficiency with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress, API testing (Postman), and mobile debugging (Xcode/Android Studio).
• Eye for detail: pixel perfection, precise hex codes, edge cases.
• 0→1 mentality: build phase; set up Jira workflows, test repos, and docs.
• Empathetic testing: ensure clarity, safety, and ease of use for vulnerable users.
