🎯 Requirements
- Experience QA in large-scale operations
- Experience with QA tools and data tools e.g. SQL
- Experience reviewing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations
- Experience creating procedure documentation
- Collaborates with cross-team stakeholders
- Excellent communicator and able to challenge the status quo
