Develop and refine testing and sampling strategies for enforcement and labeling quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis of QA issues
Meet volume and quality targets for regular quality assurance audits
Monitor and track incidents flagged in QA for timely resolution
Provide coaching and feedback to analysts or moderators to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Teamwork and independent task capability
Ability to read and interpret policy maps accurately
Fluency with social media platforms and content moderation
Experience handling violative content such as CSAM, hate speech, misinformation, and adult nudity
