🎯 Requirements

- Strong understanding of vacuum systems, plasma physics, sputtering dynamics, and thin-film characterization (XRD, SEM, Hall effect).
- Experience with SPC, DoE, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom and with complex production systems.
