What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee all warehouse and fulfillment operations, including receiving, intake, verification, storage, vaulting, and outbound shipments.

• Supervise and train Warehouse Technicians: assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and control across all stages: intake, processing, storage, and fulfillment.

• Implement and enforce operational processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and transactions are processed smoothly.

• Ensure packaging, shipping, and handling standards are consistently met.

• Track performance metrics such as efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time, and identify areas for improvement.

• Uphold security, safety, and compliance requirements for precious metals and rare coins.

• Support daily workflows with hands-on involvement as needed.

Who You Are:

• Have 3+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics management (experience with precious metals, collectibles, or other high-value assets is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping.

• Process-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience supervising and training team members.

• Able to identify operational issues and implement improvements.

• Familiar with warehouse systems and tools (inventory management software, shipping systems, WMS/ERP).

• Effective communicator, able to set clear expectations and coordinate across teams.

• Dependable, disciplined, and consistent in maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Bonus:

• Experience handling high-value or sensitive assets.

• Knowledge of vaulting, secure storage, or chain-of-custody practices.

• Familiarity with OSHA standards, warehouse safety, or security protocols.

• Experience supporting operations in a high-growth environment.
