About the Role:

The Senior Advertiser Solutions Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing independent agency relationships within the PubMatic platform. This role focuses on leveraging PubMatic’s suite of buyer tools to fulfill client business needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on agencies CTV performance buyers, to understand their performance marketing needs

  • Sell performance solutions that drive measurable results, leveraging data and analytics to demonstrate value

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the programmatic space, communicating benefits effectively

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored performance proposals aligned with client objectives

  • Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure successful implementation and optimization of performance strategies

  • Stay current with industry trends in performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and digital media

  • Drive platform spend growth across Independent Agencies to meet and exceed goals

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage client relationships directly

  • Develop a strong understanding of PubMatic’s technology and media solutions

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong internal relationships

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay ahead of trends

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 plus years in digital advertising sales or business development, ideally with publishers, ad networks, SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, or agencies

  • Knowledge of programmatic buying/selling, pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends, and technologies

  • Proficiency in Excel and analytics to drive business decisions

  • Skilled in presentations (PowerPoint) and contract negotiation

  • Start-up mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
