About the Role

:

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving new relationships and expanding PubMatic’s footprint across

independent agencies.

You’ll leverage your digital advertising expertise, strong client relationships, and sales acumen to deliver on revenue goals and strengthen existing partnerships. If you’re passionate about programmatic advertising and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

:

  • Drive platform spend growth across independent agencies to meet and exceed revenue targets while actively prospecting new business opportunities.

  • Manage and grow relationships with independent agencies, ensuring exceptional client service and proactive communication.

  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and maximize revenue.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technical Operations, Publisher Account Management, Ad Solutions, and Product Management to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling PubMatic’s suite of products and media offerings.

  • Develop a deep understanding of PubMatic’s technology, tools, and value proposition, effectively articulating how they drive client success.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships and stay informed on trends shaping the digital advertising landscape.

Who You Are

:

  • Four or more years in digital advertising sales or account management, with a focus on

    independent agencies

    and programmatic partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying and selling, including pricing models, optimization strategies, audience trends, and data-driven solutions.

  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and growing client relationships through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to turn data insights into compelling client narratives.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

compensated toward the middle of our pay range.

and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
