Customer Success Partner

About the roleAs a Customer Success Partner, you’ll be the primary point of contact for some of our most important publisher and buyer clients across the APAC region.

Your role is about more than just account management. You’ll deliver genuine value, helping clients adopt and maximise PubMatic’s technology to drive performance, revenue growth, and long-term success.

This is a cross-functional role - working closely with Sales, Product, Yield, and Operations teams to ensure brilliant day-to-day support and proactively creating strategic opportunities.

Expect to work in a fast-paced, data-led, and highly collaborative environment where your impact will be felt across the business.

What you’ll do

  • Be the main point of contact for our clients – the person they trust to tell them what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
  • Help them get the most out of our platform (and maybe show them features they didn’t know they needed).
  • Look for ways to retain and grow revenue – through upsell, cross-sell, optimisation, or just good old-fashioned relationship-building.
  • Partner with internal teams – Sales, Product, Operations – to keep things running smoothly.
  • Dive into the data, turn it into stories, and help clients make better decisions.
  • Be the customer’s voice inside PubMatic, because it’s hard to improve anything if you’re not listening.

About you

  • Up to 5 years in client success, account management, or digital advertising - ideally in ad tech, programmatic, or SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem - SSPs, DSPs, and exchanges.
  • Comfortable analysing data and drawing insights from tools like Excel (bonus: Tableau or similar).
  • Confident presenting ideas, both in writing and verbally.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, calm under pressure, and always curious to learn more.
