- Excellent technical writing skills; familiarity with public sector procurement (RFP/I/Q)
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to run and structure in-depth product demonstrations
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to work autonomously
- Willingness to travel 50-80% with Account Managers
- Understanding of the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to maintenance support
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
