🎯 Requirements
- Experience in technology transactions and/or product counseling
- Strong knowledge negotiating tech or services contracts with public sector customers
- Experience with federal, state, local, and educational public sector customers
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
- Experience with product counseling
- Familiarity with public sector accreditation frameworks (FedRAMP, CJIS)
