📋 Description

  • Drive new business growth across DoD, federal law enforcement, and public safety.
  • Own full sales cycle—from discovery to close—for enterprise SaaS and on-prem.
  • Understand customer mission; map CAD/RMS/dispatch/analytics to needs.
  • Use consultative, value-based selling in large government environments.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, architects, and product teams for demos and PoCs.
  • Maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across DoD and procurement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–10 years enterprise sales to U.S. Government Civilian agencies.
  • Proven success selling CAD/RMS, dispatch, analytics, or public safety apps.
  • Experience with Hexagon OnCall or comparable platforms.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud architectures, cybersecurity in gov ops.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and FedRAMP/IL5 environments.
  • Top-Secret clearance preferred.
  • Existing network within Federal Civilian agencies and integrators.
  • Experience coordinating with systems integrators on joint go-to-market.
