📋 Description

  • Draft, edit, and route AP-style press releases for approval
  • Publish approved content via Sitecore
  • Respond to media inquiries from local reporters
  • Identify newsworthy transactions and market insights for PR stories
  • Coordinate with Corporate PR to align regional and national messaging
  • Build relationships with agents, leadership, PR, Field Marketing, and media
  • Maintain regional media lists; monitor local coverage

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, journalism, writing, advertising, or related field
  • Minimum of one year in public relations, journalism, or marketing; in-house or agency experience a plus
  • Experience pitching stories or building media relationships
  • Exceptional writing and editing with AP style; strong verbal communication
  • Meticulous attention to detail; manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated project management and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn commercial real estate concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with task/project tools such as Asana or Monday
  • Available to support Pacific Time business hours
