Public Affairs Manager

📋 Description

• Support development and execution of global public affairs strategies advancing Stripe's policy objectives.
• Coordinate with regional leads to adapt global narratives for local markets.
• Execute external engagement with policymakers, industry groups, and partners.
• Draft messaging, briefing materials, and talking points.
• Support stakeholder relationships and maintain tracking.
• Help organize events and policy conversations with Stripe leaders and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in public policy, public affairs, or related fields.
• Experience executing political/advocacy campaigns, building coalitions, and coordinating events.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; producing clear briefings and concise messaging.
• Interest and basic understanding of policy, government affairs, and tech/payments.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners in an international environment.
• Proven collaborator, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
