📋 Description

• Supervise operations of the assigned client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman/Titan Management.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training.
• Provide high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High School diploma; 3 years security experience; 18+.
• Licenses: Valid security license; driver’s license as applicable.
• Language: English; bilingual a plus.
• Other qualifications: Drug screen and background check; active phone.
• Physical demands: Stand/walk; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend availability: Fri/Sat/Sun, 3pm-11pm.
