🎯 Requirements
- Experience in mental health/clinical setting, e.g., pharmacy tech or medical assistant
- 1+ year of customer experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication; calm under pressure
- Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods
- Private HIPAA-compliant workspace
