Conduct video consultations and message patients via telemedicine
Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe meds as appropriate
Coordinate treatment planning with UpLift’s network of therapists
Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold standards
Share product and workflow feedback with engineering and ops teams to improve care delivery

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as PMHNP or licensed Psychiatrist
Active Arizona medical license, in good standing
Comfortable prescribing meds as allowed by state law
Skilled with online tools to deliver virtual care
Previous telemedicine experience is a plus
Multiple state licenses and multilingual skills are advantages
