📋 Description

• Conduct video consultations and patient messaging via telemedicine.
• Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe meds as appropriate.
• Coordinate treatment planning with UpLift’s network of therapists.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s standards.
• Share feedback with engineering/ops to improve care delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a certified PMHNP or licensed Psychiatrist.
• Active medical license in Oregon, in good standing.
• Comfortable prescribing meds when clinically appropriate and allowed by state law.
• Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.
• Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
• Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are strong advantages.
