Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program - Hybrid

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children and adolescents.
• Develop personalized treatment plans; may include prescribing medications.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists on integrated treatment plans and meds management.
• Work from King of Prussia, PA clinic up to 3 days per week; hybrid schedule.
• Participate in weekly team meetings; provide education for patients and families.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and manage tests (digital/lab results).

🎯 Requirements

• National certification as a PMHNP.
• Availability: 12 of 40 weekly hours after 4 pm ET or weekends.
• In-person work at King of Prussia, PA clinic up to 3 days/week.
• Master’s degree in PMHNP; recent graduate or <1 year PMHNP experience.
• Active PMHNP license and PA DEA (or on track to obtain by start).
• Post-residency commitment to join Blackbird for 2 years.
