📋 Description

• Lead PMHNP Residency Program development and implementation.
• Build the residency curriculum and seminars focused on PMHNP topics.
• Lead accreditation efforts and CAPP readiness.

• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams for program success.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in VA, PA, NJ, or MD; ability to obtain others.
• At least 3 years as CRNP; 1 year in educational/leadership role in behavioral health.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of EBPs in pediatric psychiatry.
• Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate a medical team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and residency accreditation standards.
