Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine.
Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe meds as appropriate.
Coordinate treatment planning with UpLift’s therapist network.
Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s standards.
Share product/workflow feedback with engineering and operations teams to improve care.

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year experience as a PMHNP.
Active medical license in good standing.
Comfortable prescribing meds per state laws.
Proficient with online tools to deliver virtual care.
Prior telemedicine experience a plus.
Multiple state licenses; additional languages are a plus.
