📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, create treatment plans, and manage medications for youth.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families to support engagement.
• Monitor progress toward care goals and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to deliver integrated care.
• Educate families about diagnoses, options, and support strategies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and follow clinical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing with PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active VA PMHNP/APRN license, DEA license, and prescriptive authority.
• At least 2 years of independent PMHNP practice with youth.
• Experience with ages 2+ and pediatric populations.
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth in a remote setting.
• Available to work 15+ hours per week during after-school or weekend hours.
