Psychiatric-Mental Health (NP/PA) - Part Time

📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, counseling, and treatment with PACE physicians.
• Perform in-person or telehealth psychiatric assessments with IDT.
• Collaborate with physicians and IDT to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Assist with discharge planning from acute or long-term care.
• Refer participants to a psychiatrist as indicated.
• Oversee care of participants in nursing homes with regular visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or PA with PMH emphasis.
• Certified PMHNP or PA.
• Active PMHNP/PA license without restrictions.
• CDS Certification and DEA License.
• NPI license.
• Two years’ frail/elderly experience; CPR/First Aid within 180 days.
